Our service plans include an annual tune-up. This minimizes breakdowns, increases efficiency and saves money. A service contract decreases the likelihood of a major problem. It's a small price to pay for such a huge value!

24 Hour Service...

We offer 24-hour service for heating and cooling emergencies. If you experience heat problems, we come to you any time - day or night.

We perform your tune-ups with the most advanced equipment available. We test

your unit to achieve maximum efficiency, saving you as much as 10% off your

annual heating a cooling bills.

The condition and age of your equipment, and the level of protection you're most comfortable with, will help determine which plan is best for you. Plan B is our most extensive contract which covers labor and parts for the entire heating and cooling seasons. Please contact us and we can assist you in choosing the correct plan for you.

Includes one emergency service call (labor) prior to November 10th or 30 days after tune-up. Plan A covers labor for the following:
Gas Pack, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pumps Check and adjust thermostats Check and adjust all safety controls Lubricate moving parts Check belt and adjust tension Install gauges and check operating pressures Check voltage and amperage to all motors with meter Check CFM across evaporator coils Check evaporator superheat Check and change filters Check fan control Check temperature rise Check A.C. start capacitor and potential relay (if applicable) Check compressor contactor Check all wiring and connections Check condensing coil and evaporator coil - advise if cleaning needed Check condensate pan for drainage	Gas Heat Check for gas leaks Check burners and controls Check and adjust pilot assembly Check standing pilot & electronic ignition controls Adjust burner for efficiency Check vent pipe and draft diverter Check furnace for cracked heat exchanger Check complete furnace cycle
2 visits per year - one for heating unit and one for air conditioning unit

⁺Service calls on holidays, weekends or after business hours, will be at regular rates - NOT at overtime rate.

Terms & Conditions for Plan B:

*Parts - Routine replacement parts are not included. REPLACEMENT PARTS if done during tune-ups will be supplied at a 10% discount and installed at prevailing rates.
**Emergency Service is classified as a call to correct gas furnace, heat pump or air conditioning system that is not putting out heat, cooling or to correct a problem that is considered urgent.
Plan B coverage is subject to inspection and approval of heating and cooling equipment at time of initial tune-up.
Major repairs or coil cleaning found necessary will be called to your attention and your authorization will be obtained before work is done.
All Fall tune-ups will be scheduled prior to December 31st. All Air Conditioning tune-ups will be scheduled prior to July 31st.
These agreements do not include filter changes, except during inspections.
If you need to replace your equipment, Plan B agreement includes a 10% discount on the installation price of the following: New Furnace, Condenser, Humidifier, Heat Pump, Evaporator Coil, Gas Pack, A/C System, Blower Coil and Attic Fan.
