Terms & Conditions for Plan 2:

• YOU MUST BE ON AUTOMATIC FILL OR CALL OUR OFFICE FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THIS PLAN.
• Plan 2 coverage subject to inspection and approval of heating equipment at time of initial (first year) tune-up.
• Labor for after-hour calls is only when responding to an Emergency Service Call.
• Rental property must be a qualified automatic fill customer.
• The effective period of the Plan 2 Extensive Coverage Contract for first-time users shall be for one year commencing from the date of actual tune-up and inspection.

Additional Filter Change: $15.68/visit
For optimum efficiency, filters should be changed regularly.
Additional filter changes are not included in contracts.
$35 per visit, plus cost of filter.
$30 for Extensive Coverage Plan 2 Customers per visit.

REPLACEMENT PARTS will be supplied and installed at prevailing rates. Major repairs found necessary will be called to your attention and your authorization will be obtained before work is done.

All plans are subject to terms and conditions, please contact us for a copy of this agreement. Annual Tune-ups will be scheduled throughout the year. Emergency Service is classified as a call to correct an oil furnace that is not putting out heat or to correct a problem that is considered urgent. The effective period of the Plan 2 Extensive Coverage contract for first-time users shall be for one year commencing from the date of actual tune-up and inspection.
