WHO QUALIFIES?
Berico has made this incentive available to licensed and insured home builders.
HOW IT WORKS
Licensed builders receive a financial incentive for building new homes with propane appliances. The incentive includes using propane for heating, water heating, cooking, fireplaces, clothes drying, and any other propane powered appliance using our tank.
There are four levels of Incentives for this program:

Other appliance include: grill, cooktop, clothes dryer, fireplace, generator, water heater.
Propane is a home energy fuel that delivers superior comfort and efficiency compared to electric only homes. When high-efficiency propane gas appliances are installed to meet a home’s major energy needs, they combine to boost performance and help homeowners lower energy costs. Our program is a way to help builders create a competitive advantage in comfort to future homebuyers.
